it seems we need to add labels for series editors in the locale files–
otherwise the labels don’t seem to come up in citations. the labels
are the same as the ones for editors. do i just duplicate all lines
for “editor” and change the name to “container-editor”, or is there an
easier way?
or perhaps i’m missing something and this is supposed to work already?
