Can we come up with some simple ideas to start to scale out CSL to a
more distributed, multi-application, vision?

  1. The simplest is to document the .htaccess rule for people to host
    the styles themselves.

  2. Another idea I’ve suggested is that applications try to store
    styles in a common location (like, say, “~/.csl”).

  3. Finally, we long ago talked about using Atom for style repositories
    so that people can subscribe to them.

Thoughts?
