I posted this to the zotero dev list …
Was reading the (zotero) forums and came across a user who got stuck
creating a new CSL style. This raises the question of how we get to
the place where a user need not worry about this.
Ideally, we want one or more online repositories, and a nice web
interface that allows creating and editing styles.
But I wonder if there’s anything we can do in the short run? Can we
figure out a staged approach to building this out?
Here’s an idea:
Stage 1: online CSL validator (to help this user a bit)
Stage 2: online repositories
Stage 3: web interface
Thoughts?

PS - There’s a team in Germany working on Java code fro an interface;
not sure if it’s desktop or web-based.
