csl, atom idea

Been kicking around an idea with M. David Peterson to use Atom as a
wrapper for CSL, and a way to easily distribute styles to users
(probably a distributed repository model). In that case, the atom:entry
would contain all the metadata, and the styling info itself would be
embedded in the atom:content file. See here for a similar example:

module/instance.atom>

Any thoughts?

Sounds like a great thing to me! I’d love to subscribe to an online CSL
repository and automatically get notified in my newsreader about any
recent additions/updates. And I could simply click the “download
attached file” button in my newsreader to fetch any CSL file that
interests me, right?

Matthias

Right, though it might be even simpler than that: the Atom entry can
contain the CSL style whole
