I’m starting to lose track of things todo before we call CSL finished.
To wit, I’ve added a “TODO” file to the schema trunk. Can people please
add to that, and maybe help resolve the issues. In essence, we need a
list that once we resolve each issue, we call CSL 1.0, and freeze it
(with possible exceptions like terms or categories).
