you foresee any significant holdups?

With regard to tagging the schema 1.0, could we either tag a 1.0 rc, or wait
with tagging until the spec is close to being finished? Even if no more
functionality is added to the schema, it is likely that some
errors/inaccuracies in the schema logic and annotations will be identified
when we write the spec.
