merged branch schema back into trunk

So make sure to you use the trunk schema from now on.

BTW, for those using oXygen, you can put this at the top of your file
and be sure that you’re using the latest version.

Not sure if nXML mode can fetch schemas from a URI.

Finally, I’m still looking into splitting of the terms and variable
lists into separate files.
