CSL interview

FYI, Martin Fenner has a blog post interviewing Rintze and Ian about CSL:

Nice job. I thought some of Ian’s points about big publisher
perspectives on citation formatting (they really don’t care because
they farm out the donkey work of fixing the details to India; I’ve
just been talking about outsourcing in my intro geography class!) were
interesting, and new to me.

Yeah, it used to drive me nuts when I was working in the production
department at Springer, and I knew that the entire source would be
hand encoded in India, after all of the work put in by authors.
