Simon – I wonder if we should cut the “edition” variable, given that
it’s just a different kind of “version”? E.g. do we really need both?

I wouldn’t mind cutting one, but I’d suggest we leave “edition” and
cut “version.” “edition” is the standard term for books, etc.
