Showing really nice progress! I’d encourage everyone (and
particularly Jon L.) to bang on this as much as possible, as it’s a
good start, and the more real world testing, the better it will be.
Just a couple of things, broken down by steps:

categories should not be a simple text field, or they at least
shouldn’t be free text. -
“author-like” choice is confusing. In both cases, I’d find some way
to present a simple preview.
What does “choose a model” mean? Is the macros?
What is “If collapse delimiter between citations” and what should the
user enter?
