So question that we’ve touched on before: does CSL need explicit
support for local citation styling*? I hope not, but I have a hunch we
do need it.
If yes, what should that look like?
If no, I suggest we just expect implementations to understand the
notion of “suppress author” and to in tat case not print the author
macro or variable.
