section variable for newspapers

Any objections to adding a variable for “section” to csl.rnc, to
format newspapers as the Chicago example below?

No; I also ran into needing this for another case (IIRC, it was that
statutes have section numbers, within a code).

No; I also ran into needing this for another case (IIRC, it was that
statutes have section numbers, within a code).

section is now added both to CSL and zotero. elena
