Code of conduct adoption

Hi all,

I’d like to adopt a code of conduct for CSL, at least for our styles repository (as that is our most active and prominent repo). Per https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/4502, I propose using the Contributor Covenant (v1.4) that pops up as a GitHub template (https://help.github.com/en/github/building-a-strong-community/adding-a-code-of-conduct-to-your-project).

Unless anybody has any objections/suggestions, I’ll merge this in about a week.

As I said on github, strongly in favor of this – thanks for scouting options and putting together the PR

Looks good to me, too.

Yeah, that’s indeed a good idea.

A code of conduct (Contributor Covenant v1.4) is now in place for all CSL repos via https://github.com/citation-style-language/.github/pull/1. It’s a bit hidden, but e.g. see https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/community. Users should also see a popup when they create their first issue/PR in a repo. I also mentioned it in our Governance document (https://github.com/citation-style-language/governance/blob/master/governance.md).
