also, short title?

Also, do we need to add back a short title or a local ID element?

E.g.:

<title>American Psychological Association</title>
<shortTitle>APA</shortTitle>

… or:

<title>American Psychological Association</title>
<localID>apa</localID>

I’m in part thinking of a question I got about LaTeX integration, in
which I was imagining associating a short label or id with the URI, such
that one could do …

command --style=apa file.tex

… rather than the whole URI.

It may not really be necessary (e.g. not our problem); just wondering.
