Adding category terms to locales.xml

Any complaints about doing this? They are probably as useful to other
implementations as they are to me.

Sorry, that was a little ambiguous. I mean:

I guess since those are essentially short-labels for URIs, and the
natural language labels may well be useful in some cases, you may as well.
