Yes, it would be nice if ALL forms presented to the user were configured
the same way, and the config files were HTTP-accessible. Not exactly
sure how best to do this such that RDF, internal models, CSL all line up
cleanly, but I do think it’s possible.
In any case, the details are something to work on going forward (though
not, as said, per se WRT to CSL). We’re still struggling how to handle
typing with the RDF. Would be simpler, of course, if applications could
more directly use the RDF types (user selects “Article” and then choose
whether published in a journal or magazine, etc.), but that may not be
realistic.
And even with that, there’d still be stuff outside (or rather more
specific than) the formal ontology.
