I’m working on a style which requires dates to be rendered numeric if the day is given but as text if only month and year are given. Is there a way to do this?

Citeproc-js supports the has-day condition as part of CSL-M: https://citeproc-js.readthedocs.io/en/latest/csl-m/index.html#has-day-extension. Shall we make it into standard CSL spec?
