make csl

Been having problems with my email and this list, so not sure if this
will go through, but here’s something like what I’m thinking for the
make csl interface wizard:

1. style name [string] (short form and file name automatically
   generated)

2. categories [select]

3. base style on [select]

4. which fields would you like to modify? [check boxes]

   if 4 = none skip to step 6, else …

5. select (name|publisher|date|etc.)* rendering [select]

6. preview

7. save--------

• complete list of configuration options (no doubt needs to be longer):

  names
  titles
  publisher
  dates
  author-substitute
