Rintze has gotten locale validation working already. One thing that
crops up is that the ordinal definitions that I’ve placed in the
locale for citeproc-js, and the long-ordinal terms that I added to
support the long-ordinal option don’t validate, because they’re not
yet registered in csl-terms.rnc.
The terms are “ordinal-01” through “ordinal-04”, and "long-ordinal-01"
through “long-ordinal-10”. While these will surely never be called
directly as terms or labels, if we add them to the list of standard
terms, the locales will validate without any further fuss. Is it okay
to add them?
