cs:text verbatim usage

I was interested to see which text strings occur on , so
I compiled an overview from the styles in the style repository:

I think the case can be made to add an “available-at” term for CSL 1.0.1,
so that styles that use this string can benefit from term localization. Any
other suggestions?

yes to available at (or from), the only other thing I could see is "supra"
as Frank expands legal styles.
