another bug

I just stumbled on another bug that was not apparent earlier because I
was using data from non-library sources. Output example:

Peoples Lenses Collective, (2003) Under the Lens of the People: Our
Account of the Peoples’ Resistance to the FTAA, Québec city, April
2001, oncToronto :Peoples Lenses Collective print288 p. : chiefly
ill., map ; 21 x 26 cm…

The way CiteProc should work is that only content that is specified
in the CSL file and present in the record gets formatted. Here a
bunch of other stuff gets formatted.
