A couple of errata

Bruce,

Reviewing Rintze’s careful notes on the changes made to the schema, it
looks like two features slated for removal have snuck through into
RC1.

One is the start/end attribute for names, at lines 318-22. This was
originally added to implement the AGU sort, I think. Can’t think of
any other use cases for it.

The other is the class attribute on the group element, at lines
615-16. This is not used in current Zotero, and there’s no longer a
reason to retain it, with the enchancements made to the display
attribute.
