# Point release - CSL 0.8.1

I’ve released a small point update to the 0.8 schema, 0.8.1. It includes the  
"linguistics" category term, the “submitted” date variable, "authority"  
variable and “number-of-pages” variable. The main reason for the release is  
that some styles have appeared in the style repository which do not  
validate, although they use CSL features already supported by Zotero 2.0.  
This maintenance update should keep us afloat until the release of 1.0 and  
integration of citeproc-js into Zotero.
