The slugfest between the schema and the citeproc-js code continues,  
with citeproc-js now passing processor tests against Rintze’s latest  
checkin. (Getting the CSL for the tests to validate required one  
small change to the schema, which will go in as soon as Rintze has a  
chance to review it.)
