# introducing myself

Hi All,

I’d like to introduce myself to the list. I just joined Mendeley as VP  
of new produce development. One of the projects that I am working on  
is the rollout of citeproc-js and the style editor into out clients.  
We are actively working actively on both, and I hope to be able to  
give you all a tentative timeline next week for when we will be ready  
with these.

I think it’s critical at this junction to specify our goals, and  
figure out how we assess design decisions objectively, and we haven’t  
done either to this point.
