FYI, I fixed the flatfile option, so one can just use a simple xml file
instead of eXist. I’m keeping eXist as the default, though (since it’s
what I use!), so if you want to use the flatfile option, you need to
explicitly declare the parameter; e.g.:
bibdb=flatfile
