OK, I never really focused strongly on the XHTML output of citeproc,
but while making some other changes, I add some of that structure. I
know some of the details are wrong (particularly on the p element),
but FYI, the new APA output (from an article I’m working on). It
incorporates most of my suggestions.
Note, the fact that the styling is local is a long story, but tied to
the fact that a) this is output oriented (easy to regenerate), and b)
it takes more work to dynamically generate the CSS, with little pay-off.
